Injured at gym. Poor feedback

<p>I got injured at the gym in the steam room where a stainless steel strip attached to the tiles had become detached. I suffered a burn on the back of my leg. I reported the matter at the gym and they treated the burn. Two days later I received a call from the gym manager who explained the whole situation to me. </p> <p>The strange thing is that not once did the manager apologise or enquire about my injury. </p> <p>Poor customer service indeed. In the USA they would probably have been sued for such an incident. </p>
