*****ing from your bank account

Virgin Active will sell a 24-month contract stipulating fixed monthly fees. Fees must remain fixed for 24 months (two years). After five months they have app**** three years' worth of annual increases hoping i won't notice. Only on my bank statements did i notice this. When i bring this up they make the process incredibly difficult to resolve which took another four months to resolve. This took many calls and seeing them in person. They are "so sorry" but then turn around and do it again, this time with a blatant 24% increase (again, on a fixed fee membership) and they hoped I would not notice. They act like that is a normal annual increase which would anyway be unreasonable. I really regret moving to Virgin Active from Planet Fitness.
