Inefficient Rewards System

Virgin Active SA, please ensure that your rewards system works efficiently as it should. You are a huge company and these ongoing issues that we experience as your client are quite pathetic.

I have to continuously call to have my weekly rewards allocated to me and then in addition to this deal with snarky remarks from your employees.

This is so disgusting and distasteful.

Why have a reward system in place if you cannot manage to run it efficiently? It appears as though as though wither your technical team is too busy to resolve this issue or no one is taking the time or interested to get it resolved.
