Inefficient Management?

Is there ayone managing the Bedfordview Virgin Active Gym? It appears that noone is. The driveway is full of potholes, never repaired. The roof leaks whenever it rains. The CCTV was not working for several months: is it working now? My car was damaged and could not revert to view the tapes. And now, for over 10 days, there is no TV signal. How long does it take to get a technician or repairmen to fix any of the above problems? It appears that at the Bedfordview gym it takes forever!!!
