Inefficient Contracts and experience
I joined Virgin Active thinking that it would assist with the vitality points for Discovery Health. I have two children aged 7 years and 10. When I signed up I was informed that the children could take part in some of the classes and the circuit. Needless to say while you are a customer of theirs the situation changed and when I went to gym I was always informed that the children will not be able to take part in the circuit and even some of the classes. I am a working mom and finish at around 5 so by the time I get to the gym it is usually after 6. At this time there are no classes available for the children to take part in and the V club is a little too young for my son. I am very disappointed that I have spent all this money paying for the children to play computer games. I have also not received any points for the children's membership with Discovery. I am very disappointed and now that I want to cancel my membership I have to pay a cancellation fee.
