Incredible response to the covid outbreak

Virgin Active's response to the Covid-19 outbreak has been truly fantastic!! Just a a few of the things they did that delighted me are: *They rapidly mobilized to put health and safety measures in place. *They paused my debit order when their doors were closed. *They communicated what they were doing, when, and why - without any unnecessary covid news. *Re-opened with various new processes to keep their customers safe and healthy.

I am really impressed with them, and grateful for all they have done for us gym-goers. Thank you VA! :)
