Incredible frustrating customer experience with Virgin Active

Incredible frustrating customer experience with Virgin Active: Billing issues/non resolving of complaints/App is often dysfunctional/ call Centre does not resolve billing issues/today the call Centre has technical issues and I cant speak to anyone. Fire them all or re-train them all: there is zero accountability
