Increase membership with no waring

They increased my membership to more than double what I usually paid, so I called them 3 to 4 time with no reply by the 5th time they picked up and was of no help, they said they send an SMS about the increase on 10 Nov 2025 and I received nothing their customer services are of no help and they just adjust your membership with no waring or email or WhatsApp or SMS
