Incorrect refund of an unauthorised debit order!! Disgraceful customer service!

UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER ISSUE , STILL NOT RESOLVED!! I phoned in several times, VA admitted they deducted the wrong amount from my account and said I will receive a refund of over R1200 in the next couple of days and only paid R370 after hours of waiting on the phone, one call from a VA Pavillion rep putting the phone down in my ear, instead of tending to my Query in a professional manner!
