Incorrect premium deducted

Virgin Active went to deduct an amount in my account that I never signed up for! Premium membership? On top of that, nothing has been communicated to me with regards to that and when I called yesterday, a lady called Zodwa said she’ll call me back as they are experiencing system issues but no call whatsoever! Pathetic service if you ask me! Shame on you
