Incorrect Person Handed Over To VVM Debt Collectors

Virgin Active handed me over to VVM debt collectors as the main account holder of a contract that isn't even mine. I notified them of the error and their response was that I need to notify VVM the next time they call. I did this and VVM said that Virgin Active has to tell them they have the wrong person. I have provided both companies with proof that I am not the correct person to be contacted; and still I continue to be harassed by VVM.

I have been threatened with being blacklisted which is not only ******* but *********.

I continue to receive no assistance and receive phone calls from VVM demanding money for an account that I am not the member of.
