Incorrect opening date advertised

I logged onto a PC at VA Lower Long street during this past week. The first thing I saw was a highlighted web banner alerting me that my specific branch would be open on Easter Friday. I went there around midday on Friday only to find the branch closed. Initially I thought that perhaps I may have misread the information. To double check, I logged onto another PC at the Gants Centre branch the next day (Sat). There I saw this same banner when logging on to my profile. The copy in this banner also stated that the branch would be open and follow the public holiday time schedule. Everyone knows VA Lower Long is closed on public holidays so what was this banner referring to? Was the gym open at all? And if so why were the times not communicated properly? Why allow this information to be published if it is untrue?
