Incorrect debit order amount

Virgin active Debited my account for R940 when my installment is R560. This is beyond ridiculous. I have two contracts that go off my account which I did freeze one because they expected a 4month cancelation fee. Called the call center and no answer. Im beyond frustrated especially in these times to be ****** like this
