Incorrect contract sold

The worst decision I've ever made . In November 2018 sales representative from virgin active sold me a contract for R99.00 per month, which I was so happy with it. In December 2018 virgin active deducted R999.00 from my bank account which I did not sign up for, and every month they do the same thing and it keeps on reversing because it's not what we agreed when I signed the contract. Now they have handed me to debt collectors who harrass me day and night and yet I have never even used their facilities. I have contacted the manager shaike on numerous occasions and every time they tell me we will call you back till date am still handed over and the contract has not been fixed.
