incorrect cancellation of membership

I have been trying to call the call centre (number on the back of my gym card) for the last 2 day but the number is inactive.

My gym membership is indicated as cancelled on the victory park gym system and I was informed that Discovery vitality has cancelled my membership.

i have not issued any instruction to cancel my membership. Discovery Vitality have also confirmed they have not issued any such instruction.

I have called discovery vitality who have confirmed that my VA membership is still active under the legacy policy on their system and that I should contact Virgin Active.

Unfortunately this is not possible as the contact number is inactive.

Please assist as I cannot get through to your call centre.

kindly reinstate my membership.
