Inconsistent debit ordering

After numerous emails and phone calls about my varying debit orders and complaints about the fees increasing without notice, I was now charged a double debit order AGAIN… They did the same last month and promised I would not pay this month, yet another double has just gone off that I am not budgeting for … are you kidding me???? I have tried to get in contact to sort this out but they just say nothing helpful, just repeat the amounts I have paid, not why it has been steadily increasing since last year September to now where it is literally double ….
