Inconsistent Billing

For a gym that claims to be the best, their billing is horrific to say the least. They always get their bills wrong and are quick to call with arrogance and deny access to the clubs because of problems on their side. Customer service agents are also very rude and entitled. if you can look for another membership coz the headache with VA is not worth it..at all.
