Inconsistency

As a premier member of Virgin Active group i have the privilege of accessing alot of gyms Gauteng, this in turn is a good thing for my fitness and convenience but not for my post training indulgences. I tend to wonder what the point of having a strategic partnership with kuai is for the consumers such as myself, when you find the different inconsistencies of the level of service and quality of products vary. An example of this would be the certain branches such as Centurion( World of Golf), East Rand Mall(k90) and Menlyn Mall have impeccable service and always manage to get the blend of the smoothies(protein included) just right where you get what you pay for, and then you have other branches such as Hatfield, Faeirie Glen and the other 2 in centurion such as Eco Park etc.. who consistently give the worst level of service and the worst tasting smoothies as if all your digesting is watery and tasteless smoothies. My question to both Virgin Active and Kuai is what sort of training do you provide your staff with because the inconsistencies, bad attitudes and terrible smoothies has led to reputational damage on my part, regarding a lifestyle product i enjoy very much. It is so dissapointing that a service which is meant to encourage healthier eating/living is being left to whither away whilst disgruntled customers (myself and others) are left with a bitter taste in their mouths and angered by terrible service. I would like to recommend that youfirstly develop a formula for your staff to use that can create the great smoothies you were once known for, and to perhaps develop a rate my smoothie/ meal/ service platform on the kuai app, virgin active website or vitality app when claiming rewards, so you guys can get feedback directly from consumers, which you can the quantify and devise a plan of action, as i am certain im not the only disgruntled customer.
