A guy named John signed me up. I told him the fee is to high and I will not be able to afford it so he insisted I should still come the and he will give me one month free then I can transfer to the branch that I can afford after that one month. When I did asked for a transfer it was told that I have to pay a cancelation fee because the branch that's he told me about doesn't have club but and he told me differently. So cancelation fee is over 700 and transfer fee is is about 200. I sat by them for more then a hour n they giving me the run around. There WiFi dnt work, I had no induction because wen Isaid no to a person trainer the lady just left me there. I am so disappointed in this service. Well the none service. Someone called me from a Cape Town number and I told her the story and the phone was put down in my face. I want nothing to do with this company anymore and I will never recommend them also.
