I mailed virgin active requesting cancelation after them replying to me a fee is applicable so I paid a fee where they confirmed cancelation yet they still went on to debit my account. They are so *********** and that is why my fiance left and went to planet fitness.. So much better.

All I want is my refund for the debit they took after they confirmed that no other money would be taken.
