*********** staff, cancellation department.

I have had a contract for more the 2years now. Initially when i entered the contract it was a 1 year contract. I called a few months back to enquire on cancellation and spoke to Sheril who confirmed that if I cancel there will not be any cancellation or penalty charge since my contract expired and i now have what they call an open contract which is valid for a month. Today when i called I'm being given a different story. Im not told that they will b a penalty and i will need to pay for R240 which includes areas that i was never informed of. To top all of this i was assisted by a *********** lady called Nosipho who rudely droped my call whilst speaking to her. I refuse to pay for the areas as i was never informed of this and i will not b making a payment for August. I do not utilise the gym and see no reason why i must pay for August whist u informed them of my intention to cancel. I will reverse the debit order, u guys want to rip people off!
