*********** staff and unauthorised debit orders

I cancelled my memebership in May and I was told to pay 2 month’s membership for early cancellation. 4 months down the line they are still debit my account for membership that has been cancelled. There is proof on the system that I called to cancel my membership but because their staff is *********** that request wasn’t actioned properly on the system and their consultants still have a nerve to be be rude
