*********** Rude Richards Bay Virgin Active Manager

I was mistreated and missinformed by the most senior person in Virgin Active Richards bay .. I have been a member for a very long time I started going to the gym with my son when he was less than 5 years when he turned 7 they told me that he can now join me in the workout areas and classes .. he is now 9 years old .I have been to the gym with him several times but today I was in the cycling class my son sitting outside of the class in a step where I can see him and the manager came to me to the class and kicked me out of the class saying that the under 14 year old need to supervised .. I was not informed about this when we signed the contract .. and they is not even a poster that indicate this in the gym and when I was trying to explain all this he is telling me that I must cancel the membership if I want to or leave my son at home yet I am paying for him and I have been paying . Will Virgin active pay back all the money that I have paid for my son ,This rude manager did not even want to give me the details of the person he report to he said I should call the call center .. I think i was treated unfairly especially by a person of authority who should leading.
