*********** management and unhygienic practices

I visited the Pavilion branch today and after my workout, I found out that the club did not have any water. It had apparently gone off at 11, there was sign at the entrance of the gym, with such tiny font that it was barely noticeable. None of the staff informed the members about the water problem, so clearly they do not care about the members. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was basically told no. Furthermore, there has been no notification sent via the app, advising these issues. This is absolutely ridiculous and it just goes to show how little the management and staff care about their members
