I changed banks and because they were hacked and didn't tell anyone how bad their systems and clients personal information were affected, they were unable to process a simple debit order change for over 6 months. despite constant follow ups. Their policies are clear - you will be not be allowed in if you haven't paid. I hadn't paid - because of them. I am then told that all of sudden, they were able to process the debit order and they then decide to back date this by 5 months and tell my I need to pay these fees - despite this being their own cause and without them informing that they have processed a simple debit order #*********** ******
