I am very dissapointed in this company. I started a membership for myself and my daughters in February. My subscription went from R630 to R720 without warning. I phone in and they said its because my daughter turned 14. No one ever told me this. Conveniently the consultant who never informed me has resigned from the company. I wanted to cancel the subscription but now i hear of a cancellation fee of R900. Wow amazing as I was told could cancel at any time. Im not happy with this and I am need clarity or I will take the matter further to other platforms. Is staff not trained or what is the issue?
