PEOPLE BE WARE OF how virgin active operates,They opened Balfourpark about 7 years ago and many of us joined,they had General manager who was good with people, now that they have reached their target they brought someone who cares less about people,culture of the club or any kind of inputs we have,thats if she has any people s****s or qualification(PETRE KLEYHANS). she is making from the instructor to us member's lives miserable, she wants to change everything at the expense of us members. our kids suddenly cant sit on the computers as if they will eat and finish them. she cant take any suggestion or whatever as if she would be general manager without the gym members. you go to a class,instructors are getting interrupted.

if you want to join Balfour park ask if PETRE KLEYHANS is still a club manager if so, dont join because you will regret like most of old members are currently crying.
