*********** sales staff, have to chase them endlessly to get anything done. Hidden fees they can’t explain and they make it as expensive as they can to let you leave. Pretty much a legal ****. Very quick to chase you when they want something but the minute you have a complaint they’re stuck “logging calls” and “awaiting feedback”. You’re better off joining any other gym.
