Incompetency and *******

The worst service ever. I joined the Club and informed them that I am on Discovery Vitality. They never linked me to Discovery. When I asked about it they made me pay extra for the linking which was free when I joined. I paid. I didn't complain. Then they linked me to MOMENTUM and gave me a Discovery card. I queried why full amount is being deducted. I was told you must attend the gym a certain amount of times first (Greenacres). Meanwhile they keep deducting full amount. Thereafter, they charged me another joining fee and repeatedly call me because my account is in arrears with them. Every time they apologies about the mix up but they don't fix the problem they created. I can't update my membership because of the so-called arrears they created. Every month they deducted full membership fee and keep giving me apologies that they will fix it. It months later and I still didn't receive any feedback. Im tired of calling ******* and *********** people. I also can't cancel my account because guess what….. the account is in arrears . Mandy and Lexi and Rochelle and all the others from cancellation said they will investigate and let me know. Im still waiting…..
