Incompetence & Pestering me to pay as a result of their inefficiencies

<p>Virgin Active, you’ve handed me over to some MBD collections agency but failed to provide insight on several queries raised to you. You were supposed to cancel both contracts (my one and my brothers one – but you chose to only cancel the one contract – now you expect me to pay for the other one) – please check your records – if you failed to act on an instruction – DO NOT blame me for your inefficiencies and stop calling me (every time another agent and I have to explain the same story over and over) and stop sending me SMS’s. You're extremely quick to sell services to the public but when it comes to aftersale services, you have no issue to "shy-away"</p> <p>Please urgently stop this - my profile with you may be checked on my ID number</p>
