Incompetence of Virgin Active Lorraine

Virgin Active Lorraine in Port Elizabeth is by far the worst gym my family has interacted with. They have been struggling to do the most basic thing which is register my children for gym membership for 6 months. We have been requested to submit birth certificates very other day, which we have done. We were eventually given contracts to sign and access cards. Low and behold, they lost the signed contracts, the access cards were confiscated (we were told they need to be activated but not returned) and the contracts were put other cancellation and we were not even informed. I follow up on what the problem is with this registration, we have been taking the girls to swimming for a full 6 months without contracts because they can’t get their act together. We were given new contracts to sign which I submitted, and we are still not registered and we still dont have gym access. The manager has been unhelpful the whole gym is being run to the ground. It is an absolute mess, and my husband had the same issues when he joined this gym last year.
