Incompetence

No one is able to help me They pass me around and cut the call They say press 1 and we will call u back its ******* cause they don't i am waiting for a call from them for almost over a month now

For almost over a month they said they will solve the problem to come to find out no one did anything

I am on a 2 year contract but virgin active is charging me for 2 years 6 months

I called earlier today said they goanna put me through to someone that can help me after sitting for 30min on the call someone answers and drops it
