INCOMPETANT, poor service. Do not join

I will never recommend this branch to anyone. They regard themselves as being 1 of the better branches and have sky high packages but have *********** people working there who have zero knowledge and obviously don't know how to deal with queries. Perhaps they feel they don't need more people joining hence the reason why I received such pathetic and poor service! After 4 visits over 3 weeks , the result was again a cancellation and they expect me to come back again. The sales representatives didn't know anything about their packages offered and to top it off, I've even dealt with 2 managers, 1 if which heard and agreed to everything the rep said. Then we hear a different story from another manager who claims to have called my husband and when they failed to get thru to him they just ignored the fact that it was MY CONTRACT and should've called me. My anger and disgust with the service is truelly surpassed seeing reason. I will definitely be passing the word around
