Inactive Virgin Gym

I wish I could train at a Virgin Active with WORKING equipment. Vanderbijlpark Virgin Active should be pronounced INACTIVE - we have two air runners - and one has been out of order for two weeks now. The treadmills are also not at full operation level. Weight machines have - out of order - boards hanging everywhere - there is a que for the one elliptical that is in working order. Complaints are met with a sigh, and a comment of - we are trying. My whole family attends the gym - we pay for 4 people. I feel if only 60% of the gym is in working order - we should only pay 60% of our monthly fee.
