****** IN VIRGIN ACTIVE (RUSTENBURG)

I am extremely unhappy with the ****** I have experienced. I had gone to the front desk to ask for assistance as there was no weights to be found due to them being scattered all over the gym and without any issues I was assisted only to be told by the BRANCH MANAGER ( RUSTENBURG VIRGIN ACTIVE)that if I don't tell a group of people to stop banging weights I will have my membership canceled.

I am an Indian man who has been a member at this club for over 20 years and not once has any of my complaints been taken up when I log them and now I am being threatened by the manager when I have done nothing wrong but ask for assistance.

To make matters worse there are multiple other africa members dropping weights and leaving the equipment in a unhygienic manner but they aren't taken to task.

This is completely unacceptable and this needs to stop as it is not the first time I have had issues regarding ****** at this club.
