In bad faith

I signed up in June 21 (For my son) I was given the monthly installment (R280) and was okay..but, from July 21.. an amount of R410 has been deducted.. I have since them been in contact with them trying to rectify..but to no avail..I keep.getting referred to Admin. All I wanted was the deference re-embursed. But nothing.. my son has not use the facility since the dispute in July.. and R410 is still being deducted. I sent a message saying I now want all the installments (Full 410) credited back to my account and the contract canceled But, even this did not get a sponse from Admin. I dnt know what else to do. Contract was in bad faith and worse communication and customer care
