Impossible to cancel your membership

We have been trying to cancel my boss's virgin membership. It's been the worse customer service ever. Not only couldn't I get hold of anybody and when we do they say it's canceled. Then a new month comes and the debit order goes off again. We need the last 3 months' payments returned and the account closed. Hopefully, via Hellopeter they will catch a wake-up.
