IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIPS

I have been trying to call this number over the past few weeks (***) just to be put on hold if and when the number gets answered. The last time I got through after 10 minutes of waiting, the rep "could not hear me" and the call was dropped.

I have sent multiple emails to 2 different email addresses and called multiple times. I spoke to a rep once and the call was dropped after I declined her offer to freeze the account instead of cancelling the contracts.

I went to the gym and they handed me a phone to request! cancellation for each profile linked to mine and gave no option to cancel. I did mine, requested to reload the page and they took the phone and told me to rather call on a week day, which I did before and after visiting the branch. It is incomprehensible to me that I was able to open an account in that same branch but they cannot close the accounts.

I have been very patient and will be submitting my complaints to any public forums until I have received a full refund of the money taken from my account on 26th March 2022 after requesting cancellation on the 13th of March 2022 and specifically asking to cancel any debit orders linked to any of my profiles.

I have lost all patience and I was civil when dealing with any of your reps on the phone or in the gym however, I have been pushed over the edge regarding this matter.
