******* increases on gym fees

I signed a 2year contract with virgin active and it clearly states in my contract that i should only expect an increase in my second year. Now, ONE year later, they have sent me an increase letter & are insisting they are right in doing this when i called to dispute it. Absolutely unacceptable!
