Unfortunately I need to ward you about Virgin Active. Please beware of this company. They have a scheme where they run debit orders against the bank account of non-clients and then refuse to attend or rectify there errors. They have been doing this with us for more than eight months already and we have never been Virgin Active clients. They ignore emails and do not respond to calls and messages.
