******* debit order!!!!!

We signed a year with the Kempton club, and contract ended end of February, after which my husband called and confirm we will not renew the memberships at all. We paid penalty for my son though. Now apparently they did not cancel my membership but the other 2 only. Not me or my husband gave consent or signed a new agreement and they still took debit order end February. I need this to be escalated, refunded and cancelled immediately. They even phoned me as asked why we cancelled. Recordings must be pulled and this matter needs to be sorted. I will never refer any one to use this club ever. I want my money bac****!!!!
