Someone committed ***** and signed a contract pretending to be me. When virgin active called me i told them i didnt sign a contract the lady i spoke to disregarded what i said to her. I wrote a review the same day i found out about this alleged contract and ever since no one has called me to apologise or given me feedback on the investigation. I will be taking the matter further virgin Active will be hearing from POPI FAIS and the ombud/osti, i will also be opening a saps case, i am not a game and will not be played by virgin active. You will tell me exactly when i signed that contract.
