<p>I was a member at the Vodaworld Branch and went everyday. I got into a huge accident, my car was written off and i was physsically unable to gym. I called the branch explained everything, they referred me to head office. I cancelled my account and verified all my details. they agreed that my acount will be terminated due to the situation i was in. Today i get an email that i am now hander over to ITC and have an outstanding amount of R 2154.00. When i cancelled i specifically asked if there were going to be any adittional payments and i was assured that there will be nothing. I demand that Virgin Active immidiatly rectify this issue and remove me from ITC> This is their mess.</p>
