ILL TREATED AND UNHAPPY CLIENT

I am very disappointed with virgin active in Pietermaritzburg Victoria Street, when I join in April 2022 they were actually running a promotion on March and April is for free and my first payment will be in May. We'll they tried to debit money in April but unfortunately there was no money in the account because I was not expecting any debit. Well I went to virgin active they said will fix it. Today I went to the gym and they denied me access saying I have outstanding amount kanjani. I irritates me is that the manager on duty today denied that there was a promotion for April haibo.
