If you cancel, they don't and just carry on charging you...

I was shocked to find out this week that a year after I requested a cancellation that it was never cancelled and have been getting debited the entire time. I only found out because after the lockdown they reloaded my debit order which I contested and surprise surprise. I want the recordings of my call to them and I want this resolved. This works out to roughly R6000 over the term that I have been debited thinking that my account was closed.

This is unacceptable and I want answers as to how you can mess people around like this and I will actively advise people against associating themselves with an organisation like this.
