If it just made sense

Obtaining information from the helpdesk is an issue. I've signed for a contract on an account where I have 100% signing rights alrhough Im not the owner.This was accepted with no issue. When I added my kids as members under me with the same payment details its an issue, sonce its not my account. It took them almost a month to show out the issue. then to force the account holder to come in himself. only to wait half an hour, and while he waited when he asked to just let the child in while he waits... he's told not to make a scene..........

Also in the other hand. Since 2 of my kids is now members in order to swim. This allow them to being spectators that enter with them to watch them at the pool. This according to our club manager is free.... EXCEPT if the spectator is her little sister. The only way her little sister may come in just to be with me when I assist them with their caps is to also become a member.

So according to them anyone can come in except a little sister, she should rather sit alone in the car or pay to become a member...

that is makingnso much sense
