identity theft
I had such a bad experience with virgin active I felt I should just make my fellow gymers aware of the scheme going on. <br> I went to gym like I normally do,swiped my card as per normal, something strange happened I found out that my card was cancelled, When I approached the front desk to enquire what the problem was I was told that I had made a new card some time ago and the card I am trying to use is the old one. This was absolutely strange to me, cos I was away on holiday when this card was issued, I saw some random guys picture on my profile, when I checked the history, this guy was using my details, going to greenacres and Humewood branch. I was told that whole thing was a mistake and that it would be rectified. A new card was issued, however 2 weeks later a received a call from virgin active in Humewood informing me that someone swiped \their"card but my details appeared on the screen. After my OWN investigation I found that these tow guys are working together and that it is a father and son deal. How does something like that even happen? And to top it off they were gyming with my details for a while. Now my account is in the arreas virgin active for something that I never did."""
