I received an sms from MBD stating that my virgin active account has been handed over. I never joined any Virgin active club. I phoned Virgin active and they told me that membership was done last year in Kimberly. I have never been to Kimberly. I can only assume that a staff member of both Tyme bank and one of Virgin active worked together to open said membership, as I never had my ID ****** or lost it. My reasoning is that the persons had to know both my banking details and have a copy of my ID

I herewith request both Tyme bank and Virgin Active to investigate this matter and refer the outcome back to me. I have opened a ******** case at the SAPS *********t. Affidavit and case number in attachments.

As for the credit unions I request that they inform me if anybody try and apply for any credit as I don't know if the responsible persons have opened any other accounts in my name. To date they has never responded
