Ice Cold Pool

What a terrible experience I had this winter pool water was icy cold I mailed and complained noone gets back to you last week temperature was a bit better but still cold not even lukewarm due to joint problems I and so many others only do water aerobics and most of us are Seniors our Fee is the same amount as any other member but we not getting a fair deal from them.
