I won't be joining Virgin Active ever again

I won't be joining virgin active again because cancelation is a nightmare. I keep on being billed after the fact and then when I rejoin they keep on telling me that I owe them money. The call centre staff are obnoxious and somehow your requests for cancelation is always lost. I really used to respect this company but no longer and I won't be joining them ever again.
